Tables and chairs will allow for cooperative learning. Tables will be used for whole group work, small group work, and projects. Having a large surface to work on rather than a small desk will allow students to be organized and students share the area equally. Spacious tables and comfortable chairs will enhance the learning experience. Students like to spread out and several work together on projects. With new tables and chairs this will be possible. In researching desk vs. tables, I have learned that most teachers in the classrooms prefer tables to desk for a more cooperative learning experience. With your generous donation my students will have a comfortable environment to work and enjoy as they are learning.
