We are a high needs diverse public school located in New Rochelle, NY. My students are special education students who are struggling readers. Therefore, they receive 90 minutes of intensive literacy instruction each day. Some of my students have disabilities that make it difficult for them to get their thoughts down. Others want to be able to independently read books that their grade level peers do.
