I have the honor of teaching 80 amazing ten and eleven year old students who are eager and enthusiastic about school and learning. Our school is working hard to make sure that every student is successful by increasing rigor, differentiation, and high expectations. We are making sure that each student meets their potential in learning.
My students are truly excited about this upcoming year. I want to prepare them as much as possible when it comes to state wide assessments. Keeping them excited about learning will take them very far in life.
This is my first year being departmentalized and teaching only mathematics. I will be teaching in a Title 1 school and extreme poverty. I want to provide my students with the best learning environment.
