This is my first year teaching third grade students. Our school is a Title I school which means that a majority of our students live below the poverty level. Most of our students receive reduced price or free lunch. Many families struggle to purchase even the basic school supplies.
As in many classrooms, there are a range of ability levels in reading, math, and writing skills. This requires a lot of small group and individual instruction. It is my goal to address the needs of each of my students to help all of my students reach their highest potential.
