My school and my students are great! We are your typical low-income, high needs, neighborhood school. We have been established for 55 years and now have parents coming through who were once students themselves. We are a very integrated part of our community and do much together. The students get to see community members working side-by-side with the school and get real world experience the right way! The teachers make every student who comes to us feel safe and protected which is something they may not have at home. We play, learn, make mistakes, and grow together as a community classroom.
