My student population consist of a plethora of learning styles and cultural backgrounds. I'm currently teaching in a fourth grade, title one, 100% free lunch elementary school. With the varying socioeconomic levels within my school, my students possess a "rich" desire for learning. My class is made up of more boys than girls and many of the students have been at the school since kindergarten, making my students familiar with one another and creating a family atmosphere. Despite the societal constraints placed on my students I am determined to give them skills to assist their learning both in the classroom and out.
