My school is a Title I school where 95% of th students are eligible for free and reduced lunch. These students are very energetic and the majority of them do not have access to play outside in their home neighborhoods. Our students have exceptional needs such as social/emotional, physical, and cognitive challenges. These students will benefit from having developmentally appropriate play equipment. Our students get very excited about learning, and are striving to be successful. My students inspire me to keep teaching when they tell me that they love coming to school. This alone makes teaching all worth the while.
