I have participated in the Stock Market Game with my students for several years.
I am amazed at how market savvy my students become as they get engaged in this investing simulation. My students don't know at first anything about the stock market, but that quickly changes. They move from the strategy of buying only things they know to really evaluating and researching stocks to put in their portfolio. I have my students showcase their knowledge at a district night, and they do an amazing job of explaining to adults what happens through this simulation. I look forward to another exciting adventure.
