This school year, my second-grade students enjoyed hosting caterpillars in the classroom as we learned firsthand about the life cycle of a butterfly. Students will continue to use hands-on tools to become more proficient in all areas of our math and science curriculum. Providing hands-on tools helps make problem-solving more meaningful.
