The students on our campus are mostly eager to learn but many of them come from split homes (divorced parents) and don't get a solid support system due to the changing schedules. Many of our students require intervention throughout the school year as well as attend after school tutorials at least twice a week in order to make progress and be successful on school assessments and, ultimately, the state assessment. Our school is supportive but lacks the funding to acquire materials needed to make a better impact.
