We are curious 4th graders in a K-6 school of between 400 and 500 students. Our school is in full implementation of STEM ideas and processes and our district has adopted the Next Generation Science Standards. These 4th graders get the opportunity to use engineering kits, have engineers as guest teachers, use jeweler's loupes, and microscopes. The school has done a wonderful job collecting hands on materials and equipment for student use.

About my class
