I teach math to a great group of 5th graders! I strive to teach academic standards through engaging projects that both enable and challenge my students to take charge of their own learning while demonstrating their understanding in creative ways. I believe that school needs to be fun and engaging and that we shouldn't be teaching the same way today that we have been in the past. I want my students to be excited about coming to school every day!

About my class

I teach math to a great group of 5th graders! I strive to teach academic standards through engaging projects that both enable and challenge my students to take charge of their own learning while demonstrating their understanding in creative ways.
