My students are from grades 3, 4, and 5. They are pulled out from their regular classroom to learn English with me as they speak another language. Most of my students are from Haiti and Mexico. I have a few Guatemalan students, and all of them are so eager to learn English.
My school is in a semi-rural area with 86% of the students receiving free or reduced-price meals. The county does not have enough funding to provide me with a functioning laptop for classroom use.
