The Mental Health Resource Center supports students in navigating and processing their emotions, understanding and managing behaviors, and building healthy coping skills. We also connect students and families with resources that strengthen family relationships and provide ongoing support. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where students feel heard, valued, and empowered to succeed both in and out of school.
