The community were my students come from is mainly low-income, and is located in a suburban region in Los students County. All of my students are of Hispanic decent, coming from Spanish speaking homes. My students' parents are very supportive of their children's education. Many parents work two jobs or are single parents who struggle with supporting the family and have little knowledge or time to help their child with math. The students at the school are respectful and have the desire to succeed.
