This is the first real school experience for many of them. Our learning environment has a special feeling. It is inviting and welcoming, offering a safe, warm and comfortable place to be when they are away from home. In kindergarten we spend a good portion of the day on the carpet. We sing, play, learn new things and it comes in handy during dismissal.
