If this project gets funded, I will be able to recharge my classroom library with up-to-date, high interest books for my third grade readers. I am choosing books that are at the levels my students need to gain confidence as independent readers. We have lost so much due to COVID and I want my students to catch up and be passionate about reading so they can grow and be successful learners. They must have books they WANT to read to do this. They must have books that are at their independent reading level to accomplish this goal. Please help me create lifelong lovers of reading.
