The majority of my fifth grade students are low socio-economic, English as a Second Language (ESL) learners. I work at a Title 1 school where student motivation, achievement, and growth are the focus. My grade level is divided into three groups. I will be teaching three classes of students that don't qualify for bilingual or the Gifted and Talented classes.
