My students are 7th and 8th grade students in a small, rural school. I have all the 7th and 8th grade students as a support teacher. My role is to ensure they have strategies to improve their academic success and to enrich their core curriculum. These students are eager to learn, but may lack some of the resources that they need to accomplish this learning. About 40 percent of the school is on free or reduced lunch. These students love learning about the world outside of their small town.
