I have about 12 students this year. A few of my students come see me for academic help in only a few areas for a few hours a day. Some of my students are with me in our classroom for much of the school day. I have many different academic and social/behavioral levels within my classroom.
This year my autism program is at a new school. It was relocated to this school by our district. It has been a really good move for many of my students. Our school has never had a special education program like this before and yet all of the staff and students have been very accepting and willing to learn. I love how my students feel accepted and loved.
