I have a class of 19 students. There are 10 boys and 9 girls. Six of my students were previously retained in kindergarten. A few of these children are self-conscious of being in kindergarten again. I have good support from parents and have started to provide suggested activities to help them at home. I have confidence that my students will master the skills necessary to continue to first grade and become good readers and curious learners.

About my class
