The donations for this project will help my students to build habits that will make them successful in school and in life. I would like to have them read this book for a summer homework assignment and utilize their google classroom to set up online discussions and reflection activities to go along with their reading. I am hoping to get a copy for each of my students so that they can read and mark the text to interact with it and make them remember it more. I also hope that my students would pay it forward by creating their own fundraiser to give future 9th-grade students a book for summer reading.
