My students are in a Title 1 school in the heart of the SF Peninsula. Students come from a diverse background. A large percentage of my students come from low socioeconomic backgrounds. The students have the unique opportunity to be a part of a K-8 setting, housed on one campus. There is a sense of family and belonging here. Students are mostly on free and reduced lunch plans and simply cannot afford to buy some of the tools that will help them succeed. The students are eager to learn and are wonderful thinkers. They really enjoy technology when used in class. My students show a great deal of pride in their work. The goal here is to take them to the next level!
