Since the school year has started, each Wednesday students have had the option to do yoga during class. Yoga is a great stress reliever, which we all need at this time! I have many students that don't particularly enjoy team sports, but I have seen these students really enjoy doing yoga each week. Not only are these students relieving stress, taking care of their mental health, and doing physical activity, but they are engaging in a lifetime activity. Students can practice and reap the many benefits of yoga for life. We currently do not have enough mats for each student to have their own individual mat. These mats will help each student to have their own soft space to enjoy their yoga.

About my class
