I teach social studies at a wonderful public high school in New York City, where we emphasize real-world learning experiences. I teach elective classes like "History of the 'Hood and "HERstory", and project based learning modules like "Pop Up Restaurant" (Business & Economics) and "The Fashion Edition" (Social History). I am also the advisor to our school's Model United Nations club. My students come from a variety of neighborhoods and backgrounds, and are all curious, fun, and frequently excited about learning!
