I am a 6th grade teacher. I teach in a Title One school that services many children who are economically challenged. I lead our schools student council and we organize an execute our counties largest elementary food drive each year for the past 5 years. I run a preloading math club two days a week after school that helps kids to understand material that is coming up. This gives confidence and pride to students who typically struggle. I also lead a group called the Peace Patrol that spreads love and positivity. One of our notable projects was making blankets and dog treats for the local animal shelter. All of these things require a lot of supplies! With your help, I can keep these things going! :)
