I work in a large urban district that is underperforming and there is a decline of student enrollment, as well as, diminishing tutoring and afterschool programs. The majority of the students receive free lunch and very few are on reduce price lunch status. The students featured in this entry are my fifth grade, sixth grade, seventh grade and eight grade students. They are students eager to learn and be active. The students are mainly Hispanic a couple especial education students.
