Students' group discussion skills are sometimes in need of a little boost. Due to a variety of factors, confidence and security levels, especially when speaking in front of others, can be very low. We want our students to get used to BEING HEARD.
The Q ball will help voices be heard and ideas to be understood by facilitating and demystifying the act of speaking out.
This will also get students up and moving in order to maintain engagement and reinforce classroom community support of one another.
The more opportunities students are given to speak out, the less intimidating it will become. The Q Ball will introduce an element of Play to the mix which will make it more of a low-risk learning environment.
