My classroom is an early childhood special education classroom located in an extremely high poverty city in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I service students in K3-K5 with special needs that vary from severe to moderate needs. Our kindergarten team provides an inclusion environment that allows each child to learn and thrive at their own pace, along with their regular education peers. Our school population receives 99% free/reduced lunch and we have local food pantry that provides food once a month for our students families.
