My girls soccer team belongs to a low socioeconomic school in our district. On our campus we have a huge population with an interest in soccer but we do not have the proper facilities or equipment to really grow our soccer programs. My teams have consisted of about 15 8th grade girls every year. These young ladies have a passion and love for the game. In my 3 years of coaching at the middle school level more than half of my teams have made either the JV or Varsity teams at their high schools as freshmen.
