Kindergartners are extremely active and are frequently in motion. In our classroom we have a few different types of flexible seating that the students get to chose from daily. The first thing my students do each morning, is choose which type of seat they would like for the day. Wobble chairs are the perfect seating option for them to use while reading in small group. They will be able to move about while still reading at their level during Guided Reading. Wobble chairs will help the students that need to move focus more on the task of reading. Currently, the only option for Guided Reading seating in our classroom, are regular chairs.
