In the classroom we build and play with letters and numbers by sorting, comparing and talking about what we notice. Having these items in each child's home will allow those lessons to be continued at home during our distance learning classes. Each student will receive a box to contain all of their learning supplies and can double as a desk. Inside will contain normal school supplies + plastic letters and numbers to explore and build foundational literacy and numeracy skills, Play Doh to build fine motor skills and a dry erase board, marker and eraser for responding during online class meetings.
