My students are fanatic readers! They love reading and I want to encourage them to keep it up by providing them with nonfiction texts that are engaging and that they can learn from. Some students in the class are not yet reading at grade-level, and I'm hoping that by having books that are exciting, it will motivate them to read more and thus increase their reading levels. The students that are at grade-level will also benefit from having books that are fun, yet challenging.

About my class
