I am the proud teacher of 25 students in a rural area in Arizona located on the Mexico and California Border. Many of our students are low income and have not had the opportunity to attend preschool. A big part of our school population comes from military families, as we are the home school for our local military base. Creating a positive learning environment for my students is extremely important to me and having the opportunity to receive items through Donors Choose that we would otherwise not be able to have due to our school budget is a teachers dream come true!
