Hello friends, This is my 3rd year teaching Transitional kindergarten, after teaching 4th and 5th grade for several years, and I am LOVING IT! Our 4鈥5-year-old Love Bugs are very excited to learn. I teach at a low-income school, and we frequently need materials. I spend, or should I say 鈥渋nvest鈥 a lot of money buying what my students need, making many trips to the dollar store and Walmart. Our Love Bugs need material on a regular basis and here are some ideas on what you could help: We use a lot of dry-eraser-black markers, copy papers, storage sacks, pencil boxes, playdough, sheet protectors, heavy-duty homework folder, labels, fun math and literacy games and manipulatives, and so much more.
