My school has a very collaborative feel. Teachers are very willing to work together, share ideas, and support each other. This tends to influence our students. In my class, I do my best to allow for collaborative learning, as much as possible. Just as I feel comfortable enough to turn to my colleagues for help, I would like my students to be able to turn to their classmates for help.
