My students are sweet, curious, loving individuals. My school is located in a low income area. The boys and girls are a diverse group of academic learners including a large population of ELL students. Many of my students face challenging economic situations at home. My hope is to provide them with a safe, consistent space where they feel they can be themselves and build confidence daily. My school is a unique gem, filled with staff who genuinely care for the student population and each other. We all strive everyday, to support our students they best way we can. It is important for me to know I show up everyday and give my students all I have to build a foundation of trust and respect.
