I work in a rural PK-8th grade school that is high poverty, in Oklahoma. I teach K-4th grade general music. My students come from varied family backgrounds. Many of my students don't have access to technology at home. They love coming to school and to music class. They are so enthused about learning! I love coming up with ideas and lessons that will keep their brains happy, engaged in the lesson and always learning new things! I am always looking for new ways to support the arts in general and also the music classroom.
