My school is a Title I school, which means that most of our students come from low income families. My students also have the disadvantage of coming from homes where English is not spoken. All our core subjects are taught in English, so my students need to acquire the language skills that they need in order to understand and achieve all the PK goals. My students are eager to learn and they want to come to school every day! I want to give them all the advantages that I can and by providing them with these materials, which are hands-on activities, I will give them a better chance to succeed.
