This project will allow my students in grades K-6 to have math manipulatives at home that they can keep. Distance learning has been very difficult for them. Most math tools have been digital and can be difficult to use. They try so hard to complete their work with just a paper and pencil, but this limits them greatly. By providing them a set of manipulatives for them to keep at home, they will be able to use them for distance learning and after. Even when they are back in school, this will give them access to complete their homework and practice their math skills. These manipulatives will help to reduce stress and reignite their enthusiasm for math!
