The ping pong table will help motivate students to behave in class. It will be utilized for brain breaks, exercise, and social interaction purposes. Students will enjoy interactive game play with their peers and peer partners. We will use peer partners from Unified Physical Education class to help our students feel appreciated and accepted in our school. More specifically, it lets our special needs learners get a chance to feel a part of our general education population.
From the voices of our students, "it will make me get some exercise," "help my coordination," "make me do my classwork," and "make me feel special and apart of my school."
