Our school is near Travis Air Force Base. Students have active, caring parents, however some parents are serving abroad. A few students are challenged with the absence of a parent. Our school has a wide variation in physical, intellectual and social-emotional development. There are 26 classrooms and 493 students. The district does not provide any funding to the classrooms. PTA is active and helps to provide one ream of copy paper and one box of tissue to each class each month. I want to help art to support a concrete education. I want my students to love to do art to support all subjects! My students enjoy coming to school. They love my class being a fun environment. Current grade 4-
