Our public middle school is a microcosm of urban Denver. More than half of our students receive Free/Reduce Lunch. We have a diverse population ranging from gifted students to troubled students and everything in between. I believe that all of my students deserve the best education experience despite a scarcity of resources. My students are so eager to learn. They love being surprised and having their horizons widened. They love real life situations and learning about things that will affect their lives.
