I teach in a 2nd grade classroom full of energetic boys and girls. Our school is Title I with a 100% poverty rate. My students come from homes where their parents struggle to make ends meet. In my classroom, I strive to create a classroom where my students know that I support them and have a place where all their worries can be forgotten. My classroom creates a sense of community and security for my students.
