I am a teacher at an Intermediate School in Houston, Texas. It's a Title I school. I have worked with at-risk students because the payoffs are tremendous. My students are of low social economic status and many of their parents struggle to provide basic day to day needs. My students do not have the opportunities to acquire 21st century skills such as being technologically fluent.
