Many of my students lack exposure to the latest technological advances and are unknowingly kept from reaching their highest potentials. With so many benefits, both academic and social, it would be a real privilege to expose my students to activities that would have them collaborating and engaging in the latest learning styles and strategies. There are many group projects I would love to have my students engage in that require the use of a Samsung tablet so they can record videos and then upload to a student base in order to share with each other. Being able to research and work on different assignments on a tablet would allow for flexible seating where the students can work at their comfort levels. The students would also be able to access the latest information to produce the most relevant projects and pieces for class on the tablets and at the same time solidifying skills that would transfer into their adult lives, getting them ready for the real world. As the use of technology increases, their exposure at school on these tablets can help them in their futures to compete globally.
