I currently teach 125 students a day how to cook in my Nutrition and Wellness class. It's the "hands-on" cooking portion of the class that truly gets their attention. You'd be surprised how many of them have never tried a vegetable outside of a potato or corn. It's my mission to introduce new eating habits to them while they're young.
