My students are fun, smart and inquisitive! They are interested in a bigger world than the neighborhood we live in and want to experience as much as possible! These students come from extremely high need homes where parents want their kids to take advantage of new experiences whenever possible, but who often can't provide those opportunities directly. I have high hopes for these kids because they deserve more than they are given, and I want them to thrive and succeed! Our small, 230 student school has a tight knit group of teachers, students, parents and community members who do the best they can to enrich our students' lives, and these Kindle Fires are one example in which I hope to do the same.
