As a class in an arts integrated school, we spend a lot of time together on and around the carpet. We need a large carpet area to have cooperative learning and group challenges. The students engage in drama, dance, art, music on a daily basis - in all content areas too! A clean, fresh carpet will brighten up our classroom and help create a strong sense of community. A tablet will be extremely beneficial for the students to use to access our many learning programs while they are in the classroom. We do not have technology in our classrooms on a regular basis, so having a device for the students to access regularly would be extremely helpful.
