Our school became a full Title 1 school this year. Although, we have access to more help for our students we don't have access to all of the supplies we may need to help our classrooms run smoothly. This is my third year teaching and I am still finding that there are many things left to get to help make my classroom more effective. I work with 23 very active and diversified second graders who love to learn and explore new things. Some of my students still struggle comprehend basic skills; however, I have a handful of students working at a higher level than the rest of their classmates. I am working to create an interactive, fun, and inviting learning environment that meets all of their individual needs.
